Curator’s Statement

It’s always a great week when a student art show arrives in the gallery. This year that’s especially the case as we welcome a show of works by the students of Stephanie Potter, our Broadstone partner (and my stepdaughter) from Frankfort’s own Second Street School. It’s been said that all children are born artists (I think I might be the proof that this isn’t really the case!), but no matter the innate talent it takes a dedicated and skilled teacher to enable these young artists to express themselves most fully. It’s our pleasure the exhibit the results of that collaboration from this school year.
